Verde Gardens offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The Master suite has a King size bed, private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds with shared bathroom. There is a half bath located on the 1st floor. We have 50 inch smart televisions in all of the bedrooms. Blackout curtains in all 3 rooms. There is an office loft area. The kitchen has small appliances, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dining and laundry space is shared by all tenants. This house also offers a nice screened in patio seating area.

We are located just 1 block from a Walmart, 7 min short minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport, 12 minutes from the Rivercity Market Place for all of your shopping needs. We will allow small dogs.
