The room was super clean with lots of towels, soap and other comfort amenities. Check in was easy with friendly, smiling staff. After I got settled in my room I needed help with the heating system and after I called the front desk, I received assistance in less than 2 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I'm in the area again and need a place to stay, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel needs some work and care. You can tell they do the bare minimum and have no pride in how the hotel looks. The breakfast waffle batter tasted sour and the yogurt, spoilt. The room smelled like wet dog and the hallway on the bottom floor was terrible. Huge stains on the carpet and every wall was unnecessarily dirty with handprints, grease streaks, etc. The baseboards are falling apart and coming undone. Just basic things that can be upgraded and fixed, they left unkept. I definitely will not be staying there again. Pictures are deceiving. Was not comfortable but at least i didn’t see any stains on bedding and towels. Only stayed one night..

Been to multiple la quintas, never had a problem. Apparently they changed the age to 21+ check-in only a week before I booked this one. It wasn’t disclosed until after I paid full price for my stay, and they refuse to answer my calls or talk to me about a refund. Staff has no customer service skills, and cannot provide me with any help. I’m sure it’s fine to stay there but the minute you have an issue and need to involve staff you’re screwed. Out hundreds of dollars because they couldn’t confirm with me beforehand if it was 21+….

Lobby was ok. Room was updated but the layout wasn’t great. Everything between the lobby and the room was gross. Elevator was old and run down, hallways had a terrible smell, carpets gross, doors to rooms all scratched and looked terrible. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice. Older unit has been updated and quite decent. Room was clean and bathroom stocked. Lobby and beakfast area spotless. Taking rating down a little was the pool being closed and looking sad. Also limited ice machines. Would stay again.

I was looking for a cheap, clean, hotel for a short visit to Jacksonville. This one was good. My room was clean and comfortable, and there was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and a few other items every morning. For the price, it was a good value. Also, the area is very convenient. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway for getting around the local area.

Yhe first room we were given the tv did not work. They changed us to anothrt room. And this. Hotel room we were guven was so dirty, room smelled like sewer, there was no water in bathroom sink.hatdlly any light over bathroom sink. We got up at 4:30 and left we were so disgusted
