Our condo is lovely and easy to relax in with all the amenities you need for the beach lifestyle. There is endless beauty here and lots of interesting places to visit. We have many great restaurants and places for shopping. If you want to explore Saint Augustine, it is only 24 miles South, and it is only 22 miles North to the heart of Jacksonville

Clean and nicely decorated studio condo with a comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen in a gated beachside community. Laundry supplies and coffee pods were a nice touch as well. Easy, short walk to the beach. Prompt communication with George, the owner. Looking forward to returning to this condo. Recommend Aqua Grill just a few miles away for lunch or dinner.

Clean and safe place to stay in Ponte Vedra

This spot is perfect for a quick stay in Ponte Vedra. My only gripe is that the property manager did not add my name to the approved guest list, so getting in the first time was a little painful. BUT the host resolved the issue with a quick phone call and all was well. Honestly, having that level of security made me feel a lot safer staying by myself for a business conference. Would recommend.
