The hotel is brand new. The design, finishes, and colors are well chosen. The hotel is on the Mayo campus, and the Mayo shuttle comes every 15 minutes. The restaurant located at the hotel was fantastic, the food was delicious and well prepared. All the employees at the hotel were very polite, helpful, and obviously invested in making that Hilton stand out. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Arrived at front desk. Three associates engaging in their own conversation. We waited for them to finish and greet us. I finally said “Excuse me, is this where we check-in?”. UNEXCEPTIONABLE NOT the Hilton (or Mayo) experience!!! It made us feel very unwelcome here! This was an isolated incident that applied to the front desk associate only. The room was outstanding (as always) and other associates were very respectful and professional. Going forward, we will reflect on this experience for consideration of hotel stays.

The room was excellent. Parking was great. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The hallways smelled fresh and were well kept. The Cafe area that is open against 24/7. This area provides your coffee tea snacks etc. were-well stocked. We dined in the Coastal kitchen that evening. The food was great however the hostess did not approach the hostess station to seat us for about 15 minutes. This was a Wednesday night We also felt that the wait staff were more focused on certain tables than others. Once again, the room was comfortable clean and we will stay again for certain and maybe give coastal kitchen another try.

Very clean nice rooms! Beds are terrible. It’s like someone slept on one side of the bedroom for 20 years without turning the bed….it goes uphill from one side to the other! Very nice room though with great facilities!

It is a newly built hotel, so rooms wete in good condition. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Id you do not have car, it will be chellenging to go aroubd.

Yes the room feel neglected, i caught a cold for sleeping with no heat.i called for help and the staff said the heat will come up itself i spent two night sleeping in the cold i brought a small comforter from Walmart which i forget in the room .0 star

Hotel was lovely and new. Need to address a couple of things. Trash cans too small; no make up mirror in bathroom; no stool or chair in extremely large bath and no hooks for clothes in bathroom.
