Had to wait to get checked in, my room keys didn’t work, I had to switch rooms. AND STAFF ENTERED MY ROOM AT 2:18 AM. Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I got no sleep. Didn’t feel safe. I want a refund.

SCAM ALERT! No breakfast unless you are on a death diet! Just yogurt and cold coffee. No bowls, plates, no silverware. Bring your own spoon for your yogurt. Expect to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. There is only one roll of low quality toilet paper, no lotion, no conditioner, no shower gel, and only one miniature shampoo. There is dog poop all around the perimeter of the hotel, and lots of noise seeps into the room.

The hotel is beautiful; everything looks very new and still smells brand new. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was dirty, the shower had a lot of hair, the sink had food residue, and there was quite a bit of dust overall, which was uncomfortable, especially for someone with allergies. On the positive side, the bed was clean and everything in that area smelled wonderful. In addition, the front desk staff member was super nice and very professional; he treated us extremely well, which made the experience much more pleasant.

The staff here was very welcoming and made us feel instantly at ease. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but the main hallway carpet did have a strong mildew smell. We found the "healthy grab and go breakfast" underwhelming / lacking, and on our first morning the only options were packaged muffins, small yogurts, coffee, and packaged oatmeal (we arrived at the breakfast an hour before breakfast hours ended). I think there were boiled eggs in the mini-fridge but they weren't an option on the second morning, although they did add some breakfast bars and oranges. Most attractions we were interested in were around 25 miles away - the area doesn't seem to be "centrally" located in Jacksonville proper, which we didn't realize when planning, but the zoo is a convenient drive away and there are abundant shopping centers and food options within a couple miles. The distance from "Jacksonville" did afford us an easy entry and exit and low traffic noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here due to the friendly staff, very clean accomodations, and feeling of perceived safety, however we would plan our day excursions better next time to take into account where the hotel is located, and would not expect to treat breakfast as anything other than a light grab and go.

The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was very nice and clean. I was surprised at having to pay for internet access and having to request items for the kitchen. Luckily, I did not need anything for the kitchen.

Had to wait to check in. Had to ask for a coffee pot for the room. Nothing extra was provided, not even a pen and paper. No shampoo in bathroom. Room was nice and clean. No chairs provided for breakfast, just grab and go. Nice location, close to VA Clinic. There are just no amenities; even the drink vending machine was almost empty. It is clean, but definitely nothing extra is provided.
