Very nice staff in all areas. The manager and the rest of the personal ware really nice. The manager was checking the restaurant area and all around all the time. All the housekeeping were super nice. Thank you!

5 stars As a Jacksonville local, I decided to enjoy a weekend staycation at the Embassy Suites by Hilton—and I’m so glad I did! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat (a first for me!), and I had an amazing time unwinding. The complimentary drink options were a nice touch, and breakfast was absolutely superb. Great stay. Breakfast is so much better than other hotels. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Grandkids loved the indoor pool. Only one small issue, check-in took a while because there was only 1 person working the desk at 4pm check-in, they probably need at least 2 for the first hour of check-in.

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows while I was in Jacksonville for my friend's wedding. The hotel offered free parking (open lot, not covered parking garage). The parking area and surrounding areas seemed very safe. The hotel itself was very clean and upscale. I enjoyed my stay here, especially the omelet breakfast!
