Scary looking folks walking around. Smell of weed. They didnt have any towels at all. Thats crazy. Pick another hotel. Bugs in the room. Dont stay here.

We had a terrible experience. No coffee cups in rooms or in the breakfast area. The staff was very inconsiderate. The soap dispensers were empt. The desk lamp was missing in the room. First, we were assigned a room which was not cleaned. I called Wyndham customer service and lodged a complaint. Even they could not get hold of the front desk to get us some body wash and coffee cups.

This is an old property that just had a coat of paint and not much else. Went to check in and it was a little before 3pm and was told it would be a $50 fee. Check in lady just sat there until 3 then the mad rush to check began. Once we finally got to our room it was not very clean especially the bathroom. They had advertised that they had free breakfast went down in the morning nothing not even coffee. It was also very noisy all night and didn’t get much sleep.

Go elsewhere! Don’t stay here.

Horrible. When we started to go to the room there was some very shady people living/staying there. A woman was sitting on the steps and we had to try to go around her to get our luggage to the second floor. Once to the room there was no toilet paper. They supposedly ran out. Gave us napkins. What a joke. Also the safe was broke. I would never stay here again.

Had broken baggage stand , body wash was missing,tissue,shower leaking on floor when used 2 nd night at 1030 pm people were shooting off fireworks from balcony and 1 am children were running back and forth on balcony Will stay somewhere else next time

This property needs a lot of updating. When we checked in the comforter had blood on it!!! The floors were really dirty felt like I needed to wear socks. Was a great location for the airport which is all I really needed but will find another location if need to stay near Jacksonville airport again. Staff was amazing polite and very helpful!! Just an old location!
