The condo was beachfront as listed, which is very nice. However, the condo is in need of some updating. The property offered limited supplies of soap and kitchen garbage bags. We were asked to remove all our garbage, but had only 2 garbage bags for the weekend. Also there was no flexibility with early or late arrival or departure. We did not feel welcomed with the exorbitant prices they were asking for just 15 minutes extra time. Or charging hundreds just to come in an hour earlier. I never experienced this in any other rental .
