Only a few minutes drive to the beach (1.2 miles) and close to Mayo Clinic (5.2 miles). Enjoy the privacy and quiet in this upscale residential neighborhood situated on a dead-end cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled chef's kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, wine, and beverage cooler. All the necessary cookware is provided, including a toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig, and standard coffee makers. Also, enjoy the recently remodeled primary bathroom, completely covered in imported glass tiles with personal jetted tub. You will feel like you are in a spa! The outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. The heated saltwater pool, spa, grilling area, outdoor dining, and sitting area are all fully screened. You will remain comfortable and bite-free when other vacationers are bothered by our seasonal pesky mosquitos. Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Waterproof Bluetooth speakers are also provided. It's so comfortable and relaxing many of our guests choose to stay at the home versus going to the beach. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and Smart TV with Roku. Open living room with gas fireplace and expansive view of outdoor area. Large smart TVs with cable service are in the living room, primary bedroom, outdoor patio, and guest bedroom with a king bed.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.


POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
