Staff was friendly. Two carts for the entire hotel but only saw one that didn’t work well. Room was clean and the place was quiet. At breakfast, lots of choices that were warm and fresh.

Never again!

The room isn’t very clean. There was over an hour delay for check in. Not one time did any of the staff show empathy or even apologize on the hotel’s behalf. We traveled hours just to be told we had to wait for a clean room well after 3pm check in with no ETA. If the staff showed compassion it wouldn’t have been as bad but he was very snarky.

Pretty good

Hair in the drain and on the floor in the bathroom, tub stopper didnt work, just little things that need fixed. Bed was hard as a rock. Other than that very nice and friendly staff.
