I reserved that room because of the name and was very disappointed it was not Hilton standard I would never book a room at a Spark by Hilton ever again that place is like a motel 6 smh

Very clean room and bathroom! Friendly service. Slow check in. The hotel probably needs more help for the front desk personnel can check in guests in a timely manner. Safe and close to the Brandon Amphitheatre and restaurants.

Great little property for a quick overnight stay. Asked about a handicapped accessible room at check-in for my disabled mother, but got a really bizarre answer about not knowing if somebody was in the room already. she said she was going to check but never did and gave me a regular room anyway it was fine though we were only staying one night.

We arrived and the air was not working in the room. It was very late when we arrived so the front desk offered a sister hotel. The cost was significantly more and it was an old dump. Ruined the trip

Good for a night, Maybe

I arrived around 8pm. I was promptly checked in. I went to my room. The room was a nice 73 degrees. I like a colder room. I tried to adjust the A/C but it would not work properly. The temp never got lower than 73. I suffer from tinnitus. The A/C had something wrong with it. There was a sound emanating from it like crickets chirping. No, I didn’t call the front desk. I believed that i could sleep through it. At 2 am I was finally able to get it quite enough to fall asleep. There was also a light outside my window that was pointed straight at my window. Lucky enough i had my eye covers with me. At 8 am, i was awakened again by the A/C chirping. I still had 5.5 hours to go on my trip. I couldn’t take it anymore and got up, showered and checked out. In the process I left my cup in the room. I called back and let them know it was there. I was assured that when I come back through on Monday, it will be downstairs and i can pick it up.

Property was well kept in general, nice staff. Rooms are not luxurious but clean and comfortable, fine for the price tier. Only gripe was it took forever for the shower water to get hot.

The rooms were large and clean. For a hotel in this category, the free breakfast was disappointing, though it is advertised as continental. Unfortunately we experienced loud parties in the parking lot both nights until midnight. We also experienced loud neighbors until around 2 am, making it impossible to sleep.

Good stay!

Nice clean, cold room. Good for sharing a room. Good atmosphere, pleasant staff. Only complaint is the breakfast, but bagels and cereal work well.
