Walk of shame

I have never done the walk of shame until this morning walking out of MOTEL I did nothing but try to sleep in. I booked this room based on a "very good" rating from hotels.com and pure exhaustion. It was less than a mile from the hospital, which was nice. I just wanted to sleep in the "nonsmoking" room before driving 3 hours back home. The room smelled so strongly of weed and cigars my eyes watered all night and I ended up with a migraine. I did not realize this was an adults only establishment until the glass window wall of the shower invited me to the red light district. The greasy handprints on the "fireplace", the mirror behind the bed, and the star-lit ceiling were my next clues. Wish I had known BEFORE my 2 brothers waited with me while I checked in before they drove home. The lights could not be turned off and there was a whirring sound all night like the bed was trying to do a vegas-style vibration or rotation. The final straw was receiving my $60 deposit back IN ALL ONES. If this is what youre looking for, they've got it, but I sure wish I had known before I booked...bc i certainly wouldn't have.

Looks like they bought a motel and fixed it up. Property was clean. Room was very clean. Smaller then i thought. Room was really nice with fireplace extra large tv and huge shower. Loved the rain shower and how large. I do not like motels for how close your bed is to the door to hear everything. I did not know this was a motel. They painted the brick gray on the outside thst was nice. Steps where old. To many party people in the middle of the night. Very loud. Had someone knock on our door numerous times looking for other people at 2am. Scary for us. Very loud outside our door for a while from midnight to 3am. People smoking weed and cigs that we could smell in our room. Hard to sleep. We did stay on a Friday night. Wish there was a smaller table and chair by the front door window. Wish they had better larger thicker towels. Bath towels had holes and so small could not wrap aroun me. Very hard and thin. Limited lighting in the room. Add another regular light. Place was very clean inside our room. just people partying and loud.
