The room was very clean and equipped. The breakfast was excellent. The server of breakfast was friendly and kept the kitchen very clean. Great customer service. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall the hotel was good. I paid for 3 rooms and only one had issues. The room was not properly cleaned and there were dirty towels (towels that had make up stains) on them in my room.

The stay was good. I was greeted at check-in with professionalism and courtesy. The check-in was quick and easy. The check-out was just as good. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice in the bathroom, under the sink, where the pipes come into the room, there was some space open around the wall and the pipe under the sink. To me, that leaves an opening for things that may be in the walls to enter a room. I would suggest sealing that to eliminate any potential problems.

I have been on crutches on and off the last few weeks and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room because the elevator was broken, after having requested the 1st floor.
