first off they charge a $50 deposit fee that they do not plan on giving back ! no hot water so no way to take a bath ! customer service is trash, called several times about hot water didn’t get any help and now I’m having issues getting my $50 deposit back!

The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Lots of pillows on the bed and an extra towel. They've got soap, shampoo, and lotion in the bathroom and dispensers. Safe area where the hotel is and the staff is always been friendly.

Pool - broken. Sidewalks - broken Lobby bathrooms - broken. Staff - disinterested, though efficient at check in. Breakfast was a pot of coffee and honeybuns in wrappers. No other food. Two small tables. Four chairs. Left the distinct feeling mgr just wanted everyone to leave so they didn’t interrupt his laptop time.

Room was clean and nice. Pet fee was more when I arrived than what I was told in the phone. Was also told when I arrived that I would be charged a deposit, which I was not made aware of when I made reservations. Upon expressing extreme displeasure with charges being different in person than on the phone, the refundable deposit was waived.
