This one bedroom condo offers the perfect getaway for a couple or small family wanting to explore Jackson Hole. It is on the ground floor and has a nice patio area for enjoying your morning coffee. You'll find an open floor plan with a raised hearth fireplace in the living room, and the dining area seats 4 comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath and laundry room, and a queen bedroom. The built in wall bunks in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. This unit has one condo above it.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
