I booked two rooms in January—six months in advance—expecting them to be close together. Unfortunately, not only were they not near each other, but both were located right next to the road (Rooms 301 and 401), which made for a very noisy stay.
To their credit, after I expressed my disappointment, the manager did call a couple of hours later offering to switch us to rooms that were closer together. I appreciated the follow-up, even though it came after we had already started settling in.
The rooms themselves were clean, which we did appreciate. While there were some frustrating aspects to the experience, the customer service response and cleanliness were positives.
