This is a beautiful property but nightly rate is very high. Cottages are very nice with excellent beds, towels and kitchen amenities. No A/C but has a ceiling fan and windows open. No TV which was fine but not really aware of that when I booked. Lodge is beautiful and the views from the Heron Lounge and the Murals restaurant are fantastic.

Filthy. Pool was always "closed for maintenance"

Loved the location but our room was filthy. Carpet literally turned our socks black from filth. There was animal hair on she sheets. Surfaces were all dirty and the fan was caked in old dirt. Looks like the carpets haven't been cleaned since it was laid--like 50 years ago. They brought us towels and took our trash once in our three nights there, but didn't vacuum or scrub floors: just gross. And the pool was closed for maintenance issues both nights we tried to swim. Kids were very disappointed. Not sure how this places gets such high reviews other than its location.

The staff was so attentive! What amazing service. We loved the view, of course. The lodge offers so many things to do. Our scenic float trip was so peaceful. Jess, our guide, was the best. Emily, our guide for the horseback trip, was so informative. Everyone just did a great job making our stay so memorable.

We have visited this property before and loved it so much we came again. We are also planning a wedding in a few weeks to be held on the property. We were lucky enough to see a mother moose, a baby moose, several elk and even a grizzly bear! Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return.

Very nice room. Very spacious. We stayed in a cabin. The main lodge had spectacular views of the Tetons. We only spent a night so didn’t get to explore the activities offered by the lodge or the trails near by. Lot of dining options. Good location to go early for the Jenny lake hikes.

Great cabin like experience with all the amenities. No A/C so a little warm trying to fall asleep but cooled off nicely throughout the night. Would have liked to have a view from our room/cabin but overall good experience.

Lodge and food excellent, cabins old and stuffy.

We loved the lodge and food was excellent! The cabins are old and need refreshing. When it’s hot out being in the room is unbearable! Does not cool down until late in the evening. That is my only complaint.
