This contemporary home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seperate toilet and thoughtfully configured living spaces which ensure the ability to cater to any and every occasion. The luxury kitchen is also a great place to wine and dine with whānau and friends, and is fitted with premium appliances.
This house does have a number of stairs so is not suitable for someone with mobility issues.
The back yard is not fenced.
Use of the trampoline is at your own risk.
No access to the garage.

Jacks Point has an 18 hole championship golf course (we recommend you book in advance if wishing to play). There is a clubhouse restaurant that is available to the public for breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Jacks Point also has tennis courts, a sport field, bike pump track and children's playground all available to anyone staying in Jacks Point.

The walking and biking tracks are some of the best around so if you love to get out and explore the local area you will not be disappointed. You can also access the lake at Homestead Bay via a access road at the bottom of Jacks Point.
Guests will not have access, home office, storage cupboard or the the garage - these areas will be locked. You have full access to the rest of the house.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and the lounge has a couch that converts into 2 comfortable single beds allowing for up to 8 people to stay.

Outside, the sprawling lawn offers plenty of space for the kids to play, while sun-soaked entertaining areas ensure the adults have options when it comes time to relax and unwind after a day full of Queenstown's activities.

World-class golf courses with magnificent views and skiing slopes are right on your doorstep, while a host of activities and pursuits mean you'll never lack for something to do. Queenstown airport is also just a short 10 minute drive away as well at the 'Remarkables shopping centre' where you will find the supermarket, pharmacy and a range of food options.
