This coquettish holiday home provides all the comforts you may wish for, to spend an unforgettable holiday and unwind near the lake. The villa is indeed set in a lovely position, only 200 metres from Lake Iznajar, where you will be able to refresh and lay on the beach. Besides, the countless activities provided in the surroundings of the villa allow the whole family to engage in entertaining activities, such boat and bike rental, or the visit to the village's gastronomic museums.

The house is distributed on three floors. The main entrance provides access to the middle level, where the living area is located. The light-filled dining-living room relies on several windows to let the light flood in, as does the fully equipped independent kitchen located right next to it. Both from the kitchen and the living room, you will access an outdoor covered terrace overlooking the hills and the lake. Here, you will find an area for "al fresco" dining, which is ideal to make the most of delicious meals, and of the breathtaking views before your eyes.

The main floor is also occupied by a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, there are the other three bedrooms of the villa. Two of them feature two twin beds each, whereas the master bedroom is provided with one double bed, an en-suite with a shower, a built-in wardrobe, and a splendid private terrace with lake views. Another bathroom with shower is provided here. All the bedrooms of the villa and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The lowest level of the villa, which opens onto the garden, features a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, as well as a fitness area in the garage and a bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area is spacious enough to welcome the eight guests of the villa and let them enjoy the fantastic weather conditions in complete quietness. The several seating areas surround the magnificent private pool, as do the sun loungers where everyone can rejoice in the warm sunshine. Moreover, the poolside pergola welcomes a space for "al fresco" dining and a BBQ.
