One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK..it’s been 103, 104, and 105 degrees in Izmir and the room is unbearably hot. The staff didn’t do anything to fix it. We booked our room through Expedia and the staff tried to tell us that we would have to contact Expedia for solution which makes zero sense. Expedia is a third party booking site and not affiliated with the hotel. We use this service all the time and I’ve never had a hotel tell me that to resolve a problem at their hotel we would have to call the booking site. Once you arrive at the hotel you are a guest of the hotel and they should handle all issues during your stay. The customer service is non existent. Also, the hotel does not have fans to help with the lack of air conditioning. No one cleaned our room during our stay. They don’t have washcloths and when I ask for them was told I could buy them down the street at the market. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel as there are better options in the area.

there was a mix up after check in where the receptionist gave us the wrong door key resulting in us walking into an occupied room - very uncomfortable! then after changing rooms we were given a twin when we had booked a double. 3rd time lucky we got a room but unfortunately the drains left an awful smell in the room (we didnt complain because by this time we were very tired). the carpets need a very good clean, they were very stained. staff were lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was nice. decor was very nice, particuarly loved the courtyard.

Review: During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered significant challenges that impacted the overall quality of my experience. Primarily, the noise level within the premises was disruptive, preventing me from getting adequate rest. Despite attempts to address the issue with the staff, the situation persisted unabated, with loud conversations and phone calls persisting on the floor. Furthermore, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance detracted from the comfort of the accommodations. Dirty towels, broken shower taps, and the absence of hangers in the bathroom were notable shortcomings that should have been addressed promptly to uphold basic standards of hospitality. Additionally, the chaotic surroundings of the hotel, coupled with the absence of adequate parking facilities, contributed to a sense of inconvenience and disorganization. These factors collectively diminished the overall satisfaction with my stay and detracted from the value proposition of the establishment. In summary, improvements in noise control, cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management are essential for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the reputation of the hotel remains favorable.

The hotel was recently renovated and is brand new. My room was huge, the bathroom was also large, with heated floors, as well as a beautiful hot tub in the room. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was good too. My experience was great!!

"At night I realized the TV wasn’t working. I informed the hotel reception and they said a technician could only come the next day around 11 a.m. The hairdryer in the room also didn’t work. It seemed like the room I stayed in was the only single room in the hotel, which might be why it wasn’t taken very seriously. However, the hotel itself felt like a nice boutique-style place. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and warm, and I would still recommend staying here. The breakfast wasn’t very exciting, but overall it’s fine for short business or leisure stays."

Otel genel ambiyansı, giriş , koridor ve oda estetiği bakımından iyi poz verse de temel gereksinimlerden oldukça uzaktı. İzmir’in sıcağı düşünüldüğünde odalarda bulundurulan klimanın kapasitesinin yetersiz olduğu aşikar. Odayı tam anlamıyla hiçbir zaman soğutmadık , hal böyle olunca öğlen odada dinlenmek yerine maalesef dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca odaların ve otelin iç alanlarının genel temizliği oldukça kötü, tuvaletler fazlasıyla kokuyor perde yatak başlığı ve çarşaflarda da çeşitli lekeler mevcuttu. Odalarda ütü kullanımı yasak ancak öğlen dörtten sonra ütü hizmeti alabileceğiniz bir House Keepingleri de yok. Maalesef akşam gittiğimiz etkinlikte giyeceğimiz kıyafetlerimiz için dışarıda kuru temizleme aramak zorunda kaldık. Birçok açıdan kesinlikle önermeyeceğim bir otel deneyimi oldu

Şimdiye kadarki en kötü konaklama deneyimimdi. Madde madde sebeplerini yazayım. 1- Uygulamada saat 14'te check-in yapabileceğim yazıyordu. 1 saat geç gitmeme rağmen oda hazır değil diyerek 15 dk kadar bekletildim. Diğer maddelerde sayacağım şeyler olmasa burdaki sorun gözardı edilebilir bir sorundu. 2- Temizlik sebepli odaya geç alınmama rağmen yüz havlusu kir içindeydi. 3- Otelin alt kısmında anladığım kadarıyla otele ait olan bir eğlence mekanı da var. Oranın tüm gürültüsü odanın içinde oluyor saat 23 civarına kadar. Yani yorgunum erkenden yatayım derseniz kesinlikle buna imkan yok. 4- Aynı şekilde yan odanın TV sesi ve koridordan geçen insanların sesi yine benim odamın içinden çok net şekilde duyuluyordu. Ses yalıtımı desen hak getire. 5- Odanın penceresi tam kapanmıyordu. Öyle olunca da hem dışarının sesi daha çok geliyor hem de oda daha serin oluyordu. 6- Duş alınan yerden banyonun diğer kısımlarına duş alırken su sızıyordu. Herhangi bir kapısı da olmadığı için duşa yakın olan bir metrelik kısım su içinde kalıyordu. Özetlemek gerekirse, resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaşların yaklaşımı haricinde iyi olan hiçbir şey yoktu. Bir daha İzmir'e yolum düşerse kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu.
