GRAPES & STARS PETIT on the Sperlonga hill

Uva e Stelle Petit is a delightful little country house halfway between Sperlonga and Itri. Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean maquis, it is located on a particularly panoramic point of the hill from which, on clear days, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, the islands of Ischia, Capri and the Pontine islands.
Inside the property there is a main villa and a vineyard, hence the reference to grapes in the name of the house. With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and small hillside paths.
At 8 km there is the town of Sperlonga with its white sandy beach, the old town centre and the small squares with shops and restaurants.
The house is on one floor on which you will find:
a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, open kitchen ,bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Outside we have a covered patio, from which you can enjoy the garden and the sea view, equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and other large spaces equipped for outdoor living and barbecue area.
The house is furnished with lovely furniture suitable for a country environment, the atmosphere is very light and pleasant.
There is no air conditioning, but the house is close to the hillside and always keeps cool.

In the garden, completely fenced and equipped with a driveway and pedestrian gate, there are two parking spaces covered by a canopy and space for other uncovered parking spaces.
Pets are allowed on request with an extra charge.
