Hospedagem

O local é agradável, espaço do quarto é bom, as instalações estão um tanto desgastadas, mas é limpo. O chuveiro demora, às vezes, para esquentar. Ar condicionado funcionou bem. A acessibilidade é prejudicada para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção (diversos pontos com escadas, não vi rampas). A entrada do estacionamento fica a uns 50 metros da entrada principal do hotel. É preciso pegar o controle do portão na Recepção que fica a uns 15 degraus abaixo do nível da rua, ao fazer o check-in. Ao descer a rampa do estacionamento, há uma área grande para estacionar os carros. Após descarregar as malas, dirigir ao quarto reservado. Em geral, os colaboradores e a proprietária, que ficam na recepção praticamente o dia todo, se empenham para oferecer um bom atendimento. O hotel fica a uns 3 km do centro comercial e leva-se uns 5 minutos de carro, sendo que há um trecho de aprox. 150 m sem asfalto. Café da manhã é bom, com variedades de itens (pães, bolos, sucos, frutas, etc). Em geral, atende às expectativas de quem busca sossego, sem sofisticação e um custo x benefício razoável.

Os chalés são bem espaçosos, porém eu achei a mobília um pouco mal cuidada. Os horários da sauna tbm não eram muito convenientes e a sala de jogos estava muito mal-cuidada.

Boa e Ruim

Durante todo o período foi bem tranquilo. Fizemos checkin por volta das 22:00, o rapaz foi super solícito e nos recebeu muito bem. Ambiente muito agradável e o lugar é muito sossegado. Somente no dia de fazer o checkout houve uma situação desagradável. Meu esposo foi levar as malas para o carr, fiquei no quarto terminando de me arrumar e quando ele voltou para nosso quarto, tinha um funcionário olhando pela fechadura. Reclamei na recepção e a senhora da recepção recebeu minha reclamação com estranheza e "defendeu parcialmente" o rapaz, alegando que o mesmo, pelo horário que era, estaria na cozinha. Questionei a ela o que ele estava fazendo olhando a fechadura no lugar de estar na cozinha. Ela informou que conversaria com ele. Bom, fica aqui a dia para que as pessoas fiquem mais atentas.

Achei o hotel incrivel. Lindo, bem cuidado, quarto silencioso, camas otimas, limpeza impecavel. O chuveiro tbm perfeito, tudo espacoso e com otimos moveis para guardarmos as coisas. O cafe tbm foi 10. Recomendo demais, espero poder voltar em breve.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, eu e minha esposa fomos comemorar o nosso aniversário de casamento e foi tudo perfeito,a declaração do quarto,o atendimento dos funcionários,as roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas e cheirosas,o quarto em que ficamos é bem aconchegante e sem contar com o café da manhã maravilhoso, estão de parabéns super recomendo.
