O hotel tem alguns problemas pontuais: as vezes tinha cheiro de esgoto no quarto, mas não o tempo todo, deve estar com problemas no encanamento. A academia precisa de acessórios básicos para otimizar utilização. Jacuzzi e piscinas são excelentes. Café da manhã bom, sucos frescos, senti falta de maior quantidade de doces, mas servem omelete, tapioca.. atende bem. Garagem boa e perto da praia. Essencial colocar varal no banheiro. Hotel de praia sem varal é impossível ficar hospedado mais dias

Para o que se propõe, a estadia foi mediana. Claramente falta treinamento aos funcionários, especialmente aos da limpeza dos quartos e do restaurante no café da manhã. Tivemos um dos dias da nossa hospedagem que nosso quarto foi limpo apenas de noite, mesmo sendo solicitado diversas vezes durante o dia. O serviço de lavanderia, apesar de terceirizado, demorou dois dias para nos entregar roupa. Para além disso, a localização do hotel fica cercado de obras que impedem o descanso pela manhã. Para o que se pode ter controle, há o que se melhorar com relação aos serviços.

Travesseiro muito alto para as crianças, pouca variedade, acredito que falta de programação para tantos hóspedes no café da manhã, espaço pequeno do café, mas atendimento muito bom, boa opção de lazer, sobre a sauna e hidro interna, queríamos um tempo em família, porém a massoterapeuta ficou lá o tempo todo, e outras pessoas entrevam para pegar toalhas sendo que tínhamos agendado o espaço. Área externa de lazer maravilhosa. Temperatura da água da piscina perfeita.

Hotel relativamente novo, os funcionários atenderam muito bem. O apartamento nos acomodou bem (cozinha, sala, sofá cama) e a cama é confortável. Banheiro um pouco pequeno. Café da manhã bom, mas a panqueca e waffle estavam muito frios. Localização boa, bem proximo ao novo pier e poucas a poucas quadras da beira mar.
