Atendimento na recepção indiferente. Quarto super claro, uma das janelas não tem cortina e nas outras a cortina é menor que a janela, e com isso entra bastante claridade. Sinalizamos a situação para a recepção na primeira diária e nenhuma providência foi tomada. O café da manhã é pouco variado e a equipe pouco solicita.

Grata experiência em Itacaré

Ficamos 5 ótimos dias hospedados na suíte master, todos foram super atenciosos e solicitos mesmo quando falamos sobre restrições alimentares. Além disso, a cama e travesseiros são excelentes(até mesmo cheguei de viagem comprando iguais na internet). Quarto limpo todos os dias, café farto e com opções diferentes a cada dia. Embora não comi várias coisas por restrição, fiquei com muita vontade de experimentar os bolos pq cheiravam perfeitamente bem, meu esposo amou tudo. Eles tem um cafezinho da tarde que cai muito bem na volta da praia. Indico mil vezes!!!!! A única coisa que incomoda um pouco é o barulho da porta com o vento forte e a luz entrando na lateral da janela ao amanhecer(pois a cortina não é muito larga, mas não foi nada em vista dos inúmeros benefícios que tivemos ao nos hospedar aí; a piscina tbm é muito boa e a hidro nem se fala!
