This room is very different from what we imagined. Although the room is large, it has just been renovated and has a strong smell. The air conditioning is not very good and always shuts down automatically, so the room is very cold. The bedding is not very good. It is the first time I have encountered two small pillows and two single quilts on a large bed. The couple can only sleep separately because the quilt is too small. The shower room is also relatively small. There is no shelf for toiletries. The toiletries can only be placed on the floor, which is very inconvenient. The good thing is the breakfast. There are not many categories, but it is delicious. The tea and coffee are very good.

A great hotel at great price

We genuinely couldn’t believe the size of the room. It was massive and was very reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from Taksim Square. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Their English was excellent.

The location of the hotel was terrible and it took an hour just to find it. In addition the value for money was extremely terrible. It lacks a lot of amenities. It did not have fridge, closet, or even bottled water. How did they get 4 stars.

Think twice before booking this hotel

The rooms were very stuffy and scary. Strange sounds were coming from outside. Unfortunately, I did not like this hotel. Price performance is really bad.

I booked the hotel with the breakfast included one of the stuff said I did not pay for the breakfast and showed no way of finding out why. I asked for a taxi and he called someone quick and gave an unreasonable and outrageous price. He did not know that I took a taxi everyday and I know the price already. The service is bad, the housekeeping opened the door even with the “do not disturb sign” on the door . You have to carry your luggage to a different location and then back to the main one to check out. It is a hill area and they show no gratitude to the clients just like they are doing us a favor by staying there.

Shocking quality for the price

I stayed here for more than a week because it is so comfortable. It is the best value in the area, and very stylishly renovated. It has kitchenettes, a safe, mini fridge, dishwasher, writing desk, coffee table, TV with 2 channels in English (BBC, Al Jazeera news), bidet, exposed brick, large openable windows (or fabulous patio, I stayed in two different rooms).

I was happy to use this hotel. It is close to Taksim square and has good transport links. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a kitchen, so it would be easy to spend a long stay in the area. (There is a supermarket a 30 second walk from the hotel.) There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to make sure your stay is safe. They were very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay. If I had the opportunity, I would use this hotel again. Thanks!
