Disliked: Staff & service

Nice hotel but I got robbed outside the hotel.

Good size room, but no TV. Also got robbed outside the hotel. I want to recommend the hotel to others but the neighborhood is unsafe because I got robbed. There is no reception desk. IF you don't have a mobile phone you will have difficulties. The door has a sign to go to another hotel for help but does not have a phone number.
