The property & staff were excellent. It was a little bit further from the airport than I anticipated, however, that was my fault for not checking beforehand. The staff & the hotel itself was very good.There was a lot of construction going on out on the main road but that's nothing to do with the hotel & beyond their control.

Very limited Breakfast, and not fresh. Service very poor, my room had problem in electricity and informed the front desk about it from the Morning, no one came till the end of the day to fix it. As well as my booking for deluxe room and it was very small room! I do not recommend it for at all.

Very disappointed with my stay. The night shift staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was extremely small, had an unpleasant odor, and was very cold. I called for assistance with the heating, but no one came for over an hour. When someone finally responded, they said they couldn’t help and offered me an extra blanket that was never delivered. I will not be staying here again.

I loved this hotel everything was great but there was one staff who truly went above and beyond. I forgot to ask for his name but he was tall and had curly hair. I am truly satisfied with all of his help and advice. Will definitely come back next time.

Modern, clean, great location for value. I booked a massage at their spa which was perfection. Mahmoud took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable and was great. Highly recommend a spa treatment. The only constructive criticism would be the hotel not honoring the discount that was included in my booking. Aside from this - my stay was great.

I had a fantastic stay at Nex Hotel! The location is unbelievable — right in the heart of everything with so many great restaurants nearby. The metro is just a short walk away, which made getting around the city super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!
