Wonderful location, excellent staff, very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was all you could ask for with buffet and menu choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul - we were here for 12 days and loved it.

We had an excellent stay at Me by Mula. The premier room with balcony was spacious and well appointed; and housekeeping did an excellent job leaving the room sparkling clean and looking like it did on check in every afternoon when we returned from our daily adventures! It was perfect for us as a couple. The hotel’s location is safe, quiet and very well located with many major sites plus the Sultanhamet tram stop easily reachable in 5 minutes walk. You are also able to use the facilities at the sister Mula hotel including the gym (which unfortunately is a little too small). We’d be more than happy to return next time we’re in Istanbul!

Excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom & very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet plus eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Plenty of choice, attentive staff, and a very clean dining area. The location couldn’t be better – right in the old city, just minutes’ walk from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and both the Grand and Egyptian Bazaars. This hotel truly does not disappoint. Its great value for money & we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

We had a really nice stay here overall. The rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They were quick to help us when we asked to move from our initial ground-floor room. That being said, I do want to mention something about the balconies and the view, as it was a bit disappointing. The hotel's photos show these amazing, unobstructed Bosphorus views. However, both our first room and the one we moved to on the 4th floor had a building directly in the way, which really blocked the sightlines. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you're booking specifically for that classic Bosphorus view, you might want to double-check with the hotel directly about which rooms actually have it. It's a great place to stay, but the view isn't a guarantee.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the grand bazaar with many attractions along the way. Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, and nice extras like complimentary snacks. However, the smell in the bathroom and hallways, likely from the sewage system, lingered and wouldn’t go away, which made it hard to enjoy my stay. The fragrance in the halls was too strong and mixed with other odors. I also didn’t have Wi-Fi for half my stay, and the staff never followed up on it. Security was another concern — doors left open with no hotel staff around, and I could enter without a key card. Wouldn’t stay again because of these issues.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Easy communication in English language, and if someone needed, stuff would call for other language help if one is available. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with the room we got. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. Every detail, from the soft linens to the luxurious toiletries, added a touch of elegance. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed breakfast buffet each morning, it was a delight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every interaction was warm and genuine—they clearly go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and valued. We will absolutely be returning and recommend Mula Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. A perfect blend of comfort, service, style and any help to guide around the area.

The staff at this hotel are nothing short of outstanding and so welcoming to foreigners visiting their country. It was nice to be greeted daily by amazing staff members who were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel is super close to Sultan Ahmet square which hosts the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia which was great because that was our everyday scene. Super close to trams and the grand bazaar. Very very convenient. Id definitely stay here again if i come back to Turkey.
