My stay at this hotel was exceptional, showcasing top-tier hospitality. The warm and genuine smiles I received upon arrival set the tone for my entire visit. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Everyone at Lunet Old City Hotel is incredible. My room was a pristine and restful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Their attention to detail created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's unbeatable location in the city center made it easy to access attractions, dining, and entertainment, making it perfect for any traveler. What truly set Hotel apart was its amazing team. Each member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeper was the sweetest woman. I especially appreciated when a staff member helped carry luggage down when the elevator was out of service. Big shoutout to Sahan, whose outstanding service, funniness, kind words and helpfulness made our stay even more special – my mum adored him! This hotel offers an experience that perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, and I highly recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Lunet Old City Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible staff — a special thank you to Cem, Sahand, and Alican, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul — just a short walk to major landmarks, great restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. What really made this stay stand out was the hospitality. Cem was always helpful and attentive, Sahand made me feel right at home with his kindness, and Alican provided top-notch service with a smile every single day. Çift olarak 2 gece konakladığımız hotelin konumu çok iyidi fakat oda aşırı küçüktü. Resimlerde göründüğü gibi değildi. Döncek yer yok neredeyse. Banyosuda o şekilde. Havlularda lekeler vardı. Çok rahat ettiğimizi söyleyemem.
