I stayed at this hotel during my overnight stay in Istanbul. The hotel is located close to the airport and it offers one way free transportation which can be arranged prior to arrival. I found the hotel staff quite helpful and friendly. I was greeted at the front desk by a young man named Yazan who speaks very good English. I really appreciated his very courteous and professional service. The check-in process was quick. I found my room clean with a very comfortable bed. I’ll definitely consider to stay at this hotel in the future.

I have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul and this was the worse experience of all. The hotel is far away from the airport. The hotel advertised free transportation to and from the airport, which I found was not true. Only one way transportation is provided. Even after I showed all the communication with the hotel none of which showed that transportation was one way, the hotel owner and manager did nothing to correct it. There did not seem to be any decent places to eat dinner near by so ate at the hotel. The dinner was subpar and cold. It seemed like the food was brought from else where and warmed up, not freshly made in the hotel.

Staff were friendly. Unfortunately internet was nearly not working however staff informed us that it is because of some maintenance. air condition was good but in our room it was making some noise. generally the hotel condition was good. we also used the free airport transfer and it was well arranged and a large black cab picked us up and drop at IST airport.
