Halil, Ohan, Serkan, Jerry, Cihan, and others whose names I, unfortunately, can't recall, were all incredibly warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great room at good prices with a lovely balcony some view. Only issue was that the rooms a floor below the lobby (floor 4) hear the base of the music quite notably. Would avoid that floor if noise sensitive. Otherwise, great room and hotel.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

Comfortable stay. Close to main attractions and tram train and ferry stations. Istiklal street was right around the corner 5mins walk. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Sauna facility was good. Breakfast had a nice spread however few options in hot food section for vegetarians.
