My favorite hotel in Istanbul

We had such a great experience at this hotel that we extended our stay here. The location was great, very close to all types of transportation, great restaurants and nightlife but still quiet enough to enjoy. The service here was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Yilmaz and Ibrahim treated us like family and made sure they took care of everything we needed. Yilmaz had all the best restaurant recommendations, every single recommendation was an absolute hit. Also to note, they have great showers, very large with good water pressure. Another plus was that there's a separate toilet and sink and a separate shower and sink. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Istanbul.

Good value with great location

Good value hotel. Great location on a main street, next to the water and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything and at all hours. Pillows are not great either. Rooms are spacious and the pool/sauna are great too. Gym is small but ok for a workout.

Great Location but Disruptive Construction

Hotel Review We had a great stay overall. The hotel was nice, clean, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. However, we were disappointed to find that several parts of the hotel were under construction, leading to loud banging noises at times. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed for a day, which was frustrating as we had planned to use it. The breakfast was decent, but quite overpriced compared to the many nearby restaurants and cafes offering better value for the same cost. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel itself was comfortable, and if the construction issues were resolved, it would be an even better experience.

The staff were fantastic, and the room was clean and nice, although a bit small. Next time, I'd opt for a family room to get more space. The breakfast was a bit limited, but still decent.

Our first time visit to New Istanbul. Didnt know what to expect. Galata's Hotel turned out to be very modern and upgraded. Very comfortable and conveniently located near Galalat Tower and nearby Tram. Only inconvenience is the fact that the area is being upgraded/renovated this creating havoc for both foot and vehicle traffic. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Great location and gorgeous hotel. However booked for VIP and free spa treatment and pool area was closed for most of my stay. No mention of VIP or spa treatments either. Road outside was also being dug up so was loud with construction noise during the day.

The hotel is located right on the heart of everything, walking distance to all attractions, the metro is less than 5 min away, very safe and friendly area. The hotel has also a gym, pool , sauna and a top nothch turkish bath which we had all to our selves
