I booked a king suite for 3 nights. On arrival I was given room of about 150sq ft but without AC and an attached bathroom. They argued with me that the adjoining hall where there were 3 single beds has a bathroom and an AC, and to use it. With much trouble around 11pm they transferred me into a different room. That room was very small and I couldn't even open mu suite-case in there. On top of everything it was not safe. The bed had a metal pcs come out and I had a deep cut in my leg from that. I had to be on line with Hotels.com until 1.30 midnight but hotel did not respond. They did not pick up the line when Hotels.com people were calling them. The following day morning I checked out. They refused to refund my money and I asked them to issue me a receipt for the money and I will go to the police. Finally they refunded a portion of my money. This was my most unpleasant experience with Hotels.com. Never use this place. It's NOT A DECENT PLACE TO PEOPLE.
