The Room is very Clean, the Bed is soft and comfortable i was sleeping like in the heaven. I would definitiv recommand this Hotel to everyone. Just one point is important here to say, when i was there, there was a lot of wind and snow so you will soon understand, that the isolation of the building is very bad. As i like cold and fresh was it for me not a problem.

No.. taxi, shuttles and bus always a big scam and big no in Turkee so be careful and be ready. My advice always good to use Uber. It will be cheaper.

Staff were very good. Lift was not working so carried all our bags up and down. No hot water on arrival due to maintenance but they did fix it. Book their transfer service as this was excellent, price was great and drivers were good and safe and polite.
