Excellent service & location

The staff is really friendly and handles the requests well. It's remodeled, so it's in good condition and clean. The hotel is located on a flat ground, close to Taksim Square, close to the airport bus stop, and it's nice to have a variety of supermarkets and restaurants around. However, it's noisy outside until dawn and the sound insulation is weak.
