The staff were attentive and helpful, and very transparent about costs for items including airport transfer and the differences between paying by card or cash. The location is excellent both for its proximity to the main square and also for being relatively quiet at night. We were there in the off-season and appreciated that they upgraded our friends to a suite and also gave us a nice room with no price difference. We didn't eat at the hotel, only because the area had so many dining options nearby. The only negative we experienced was a very slow draining sink (which the staff attempted to fix, but only partially successful) and an overheated room which was not controlled by the thermostat in the room. We had no complaints about the heating, as we were able to open a window when required. Would stay there again.

The location is great, and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately the cleaning staff were not very attentive to lint, dirt and the state of the carpets.

It is a good one

The location is great, and that is why I booked it. The towers are old and some of them with some black spots even though they are clean. I wish they could provided newer towers.

Made our trip memorable.. Receptionists were super friendly and cooperative. Helped exploring resturants and places to visit. Arranged our trip to cruise which was a great experience. Hotel is super close to places like grand Bazar, hagia Sophia and blue mosque. As a tourist you cannot ask for anything more. Room was great,. spacious and clean with grest views

Fabulous stay at the Eresin hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Bilal. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of all the big attractions. The hotel offers a great range of trips which they will arrange transport to and from. After an initial problem with our airport transfer, the hotel upgraded us to a beautiful suite. This really made our stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the superior service - at all levels - of the hotel staff. Superb in every way. And the property and rooms are stunning. The artwork is exquisite and the exposed ruins are amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the quiet neighborhood feel, the exellent, attentive, and accessible staff, the rooftop was pretty and a nice place to read, but dining options were not available there. The breakfast is great, wiith lots of variety. The setting is spectacular, as is the lobby decor, as the hotel was built on archeological excavation site with many pieces incorporated. Loved the sound of the boats on the Marmara Sea. Sultanahment location is fabulous for seeing important sites of the Old City. Staff really made this a wonderful stay and took care of our every need.

The rooms are spacious, well-lit and clean. Everything is at one’s disposal. TV has international channels. Beautiful street view! Roof top is amazing, with the view of the Bosphorus, very cozy with potted plants along the perimeter. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Great Hotel!!!

We had a fantastic six nigh stay in Sultanahmet. This hotel was even more beautiful in person. We had a two room suite that was a perfect place to unwind after a long day in this marvelous city. Would highly recommend and more important, will return and stay nowhere else when I am in Istanbul.
