An Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect including the staff, especially the old man at the reception was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if im in Istanbul. Thanks so much Kind regards Ziyaad & Vasana

Decent Hotel with fantastic Location.

Great Location. Right near Taksim Square and Taksim Metro train station and around 8 mins walk to the bus stop for Airport. 5 mins walk to Istiklal Street, which is full of shops and restaurants and leads to the Blue Mosque, etc. which is a 25 min walk away. The hotel itself was Ok. You need to check in at the main hotel, Endless Suites, which is just a 2 mins walk. This is also where you have your breakfast. Breakfast was Ok, but they don't refill stuff towards the end. Checkout was easier. I just had to leave the key in the room I was staying in and shut the door. No need to walk back to the main hotel. The room was clean and a decent size for me as I was on my own. Rooms were made up and fresh towels laid out everyday. But although the bed was made up everyday, they did not change the sheets for the 4 nights that I stayed there. The grout in the shower was a bit grotty and could do with a clean. To sum up, I quite enjoyed my 4 nights there and would stay again.

Good find

I did not know what to expect from this hotel but it was a great find! The rooms where a great size and the bathroom was good with everything that you need. The hotel staff where amazing and very helpful. The room I had could have done with a touch up as there where quite a few marks on the walls.

No staff were available!!

Upon our arrival we found no one in the reception!! We were confused reading the note that there's end group endless suites en suites ... and more hotels linked together and the note refirect us for other hotel in the chain that is 300 m away by walking, headed to that hotel they informed us that we will stay in the first hotel and we will have our breakfast in the second one, and that no one from the staff will be available during the day in the first one!! Regarding the wifi we tried more than 20 possible passwords to get the correct one!! Walking everyday to the second hotel for the breakfast wasn't worth, average breakfast, not bad, but the plates weren't smelling good all the time Location wasn't bad, but its not really close to taksim square (8 mins walking)

아주 좋습니다

탁심광장과 걸어서 5분정도 거리에 있고 주변에 마트도 있어서 필요한 물품을 쉽게 구할 수 있습니다. 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없으며 골목길에 캐리어를 끌고 들어가는것이 약간 불편합니다. 그 외에는 잘때도 조용하고 편안합니다. 숙박을 위해서라면 아주 좋습니다.

Wortwörtlich in einem gasse

Das hotel liegt an eine gasse wo das überall gebaut wird es ist süper laut bin zwei tage vorher abgereist. Allgemein nichts empfehlungswert.

MAĞDURİYET

1 hafta önceden rezervasyon yaptırdığımız halde kapı kilidi bozuk oda verdiler ve gün içinde tamir ettiremediler. Odayı değiştirmelerini talep ettik fakat doluluk nedeniyle mümkün olmadığını söylediler ve para iadesi yaparkende kesinti yapmaya kalktılar. Sonuç olarak geri ödemeyi tam olarak yaptılar fakat gereksiz bir münakaşa yaşandı ve gece yarısı başka otel aramak zorunda kaldık, kısacası mağdur olduk.

Hôtel aux services deplorables

6 nuits sans aucun passage pour le ménage . Coupure d eau chaude tous les jours . Télé qui marche pas.. bref un séjour affreux ... heureusement qu on quittait l hôtel de 9h du matin jusqu’à 11h du soir!!!! Car impossible de rester 1 h09 dans la chambre tellement l odeur est nauséabonde et l atmosphère oppressante car la chambre est tellement petite qu on étouffe.... je n t remettrai jamais les pieds et surtout n y allez pas... fuyez cet hôtel qui n en est pas un...le seul petit truc positif c est le petit dej mais il faut faire deux rues et changer d hôtel pour pouvoir prendre son petit dej.!!!!!

3 günlük kalma sürecinde odamız hiç temizlenmedi. 1 gün sıcak su akmadığı için duş alamadık. Fakat çalışanlar kibar, kahvaltısı lezzetliydi. En suites otel'e rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat sitede oranın apart otel olduğuna dair bir bilgi de yoktu. Biraz daha ilgiyi hakettiğini düşünüyorum.
