Had a long layover in Istanbul.. despite being offered a "free"hotel room at another place by the airline, after reading reviews, I opted to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. I was very pleased with my choice, the hotel was very comfortable, quiet and even had a nice cafe with fast service and vegetarian options. The hotel manager also arranged for me to take a small private tour of the key sights in the old part of Istanbul. Despite it being freezing (with snow on the ground) it was a nice short visit.

The hotel’s location near the airport made it extremely convenient for our stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout our visit.
