They didn’t have the room we booked they told us there was electrical issues no one informed us before get there . They wanted our 3 year old and 5 year old stay in a different room . Rude stuff

I think this was on of the worst hotels ever 😅 there was a constant buzzing noise in the room, stuff kept cleaning the neighbor rooms and slamming something heavy all the time, and the toilet kept flushing itself every three minutes. The guy on the reception couldn't care less about anything. Size of the room is approximately size of my closet
