most of the staff was friendly, one was rude for some reason, should of gotten his name, manager was very helpful and warm, walkable to everything, however my room was very very tight, had trouble opening my suitcases or praying with a mat on the floor, i was by myself, if i had my family with me, we would of been in trouble

Good location

A 2 x day trip in Istanbul, this hotel had a great location to one of the main squares. Reception staff very helpful for Information Very clean hotel and the shower was great The bed wasn’t very comfy and quite small. It was a single to be fair. Breakfast was okay, but not amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Value for money, good staff and location being the main reasons. Please be aware of the restaurants and bars around the area. Definitely out to charge an inflated price if they can get away with it, which is a shame.

well equipped, excellent location, good room, but linen poorer standard than room and there was both no way of not walking grit in from the balcony and no way to clean it up once it was in the room, and the cleaning staff did not clean it either.

We had an incredible time at the Biz Cevahir Hotel in Sultanahmet. This is a great, safe location to discover the historic city and close to hundreds of dining options. The staff were all extremely friendly, bilingual (at a minimum) and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend and would go back without hesitation.

I stayed here with my kids for a night as we were transiting to Canada. The front desk staff Mustafa was amazing and very welcoming. He made sure our taxi was booked for the airport the next day, gave us directions to where we wanted to go and suggested a few lovely places to dine at. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, located in a beautiful picturous area with lots of restaurant options and easily walkable to most of the tourist areas. I genuinely wish we had more time to stay there for longer but I'm sure we'd come back very soon. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

This hotel was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do in Istanbul. Close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. Easy walk to Grand Bazaar. The Concierge/Reception was brilliant. We asked about Bosphorus cruises and he advised us well giving us several brochures and not pushing a particular one on us. The room was great - with a great view from the terrace - to the Bosphorus. Local restaurants were an easy walk and offered good selections of well prepared food.

They overcharged me once my stay was over. I had paid for the hotel through Expedia, and according to the hotel’s ad on expedia, the hotel was supposed to include drinking water in that payment. But at the end of my stay they claimed that the drinking water should be paid for, and they were not particularly polite about it. I took it as dishonesty. Besides, the front desk clerk wasted more than 30 minutes of my time. On top of all, they would insist on discussing political issues and news with me, which is very weird!
