Hello, the pictures in the website did not match the actual establishment. The owner was really nice, communicative and accommodating. However, this was a tiny and run down place in a sketchy area. I wouldn't come again to stay here, especially since I have two small children. The kitchen was useful, but the locals charge crazy prices for grocery essentials to foreigners. The TV was nice and I liked the security system. 3/5.

The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Any issues that we had the host provided a lovely lady to come and fix for us within 30 minutes. The host provided us transfer for 2000 lira from the airport and there is a bus stop around the corner to get to the European side which is where most activities are. The bed was a very small double which would not fit a couple and my partner had to sleep on the sofa bed which is a large single size. Note that we had booked a family room which is meant for four people. Other things we noted were that on the description it says there are soundproof windows unfortunately they are not soundproof at all and you can hear children playing until 12 am. Perfect for budget travellers like us so thank you for a pleasant stay.

İlk tuttuğumuz oda çok çok kötüydü odada pencere yok ve içerisi çok kötü derece rutubet kokuyor temiz havaya dair hiç bir şey yok, nefes aldırmıyor çok kötü deneyimdi. Odamızı değiştirmek istediğimizi söyledik pencereli bir odaya aldılar en azından temiz hava alabiliyorduk ama evin konumu o kadar kötü ki sabah 4üne kadar gürültü konuşmalar bağırışmalar, hayatımın en kötü konaklamasıydı.

Perfect location for our stay, 10min walk to bars, restaurants and food outlets. Communication was first rate with late arrival issue sorted straight away. As for the accommodation, it was clean, modern and had everything required for our stay. The property has a very steep staircase and the surrounding area is situated on an incline. In my opinion this accommodation is only suitable to able bodied guests. Istanbul is an interesting and densely populated city, on that note some areas could be deemed daunting and unsafe. This property is located on a busy working street. At first glance it's a bit of an eye opener. At no time during my stay did I feel compromised over my safety. Istanbul doesn't seem to sleep, part of it lure and charm. For me Beans House ticked every box, thank you

Отель находится в пешей доступности от таксима. Если вы ищете бюджетный отель на сутки, то можете остановиться. Немного тяжело попасть в отель с чемоданами, так как находится на подъеме, и район немного пугающий. В целом все было чисто, очень компактная комната, даже для чемодана места мало было.

The area, ironically, is very safe neighborhood than what it looks, and considering the price, it is definitely a place where you can enjoy the “local life,” but it is true that the neighborhood is dirty and looks sketchy. Also, the room looked clean at first, but there are some places that may not be as clean as it looks. Nonetheless, it is close to the local bus stops and not very far from Taksim square, so it is worth trying.

Cennet mahallesi vari bir sokakta gece yarısına kadar gürültülü, rahatsız edici derecede pis ve küçük bir odada bir gece konaklamaya çalıştık. 7.4 puana aldanmayınız. Ayriyeten bol sigara kokusu üfleyen eski bir klima, sadece youtube a bağlanabildiğiniz televizyon, banyoda patlak bir duş başlığı ile keyifsiz bir konaklama oldu.

Absolutely do not book this hotel! Nothing matches the pictures or description. The surroundings are a disaster – dirty, noisy, and unsafe. The rooms are in unacceptable condition: dirty, outdated, and completely unworthy of guests. Stay away!
