Great hotel with perfect location

Great location with excellent view of the town an chateau. Good breakfast and option to rent an onsite garage for secure parking. Easy walking to castle and town

Great views over the town, excellent food!

The hotel appears to be run around the restaurant, leading to limited check in hours in between lunch and dinner services. Not a problem, but something to be aware of to plan your arrival time. Later check in can be arranged by emailing the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, putting up with my dodgy French and speaking good English when needed. We stayed half board and had the set 4 course meal in the evening. It was excellent - traditional recipes cooked very well and well paced. Each course was a decent size but we left feeling comfortably replete, not full to bursting. There was a good choice of wine too. Breakfast was a small buffet but great quality. We particularly liked the egg boiler! We visited Bouillon castle the next day, which was very good.

Beautiful view but....

Good hotel for the country side but not to city standard. Wifi only in the lobby, not in the room or on terasse. Fancy dinner so very slow and just good, not exceptional. Room were not big but very clean and very well done everyday. Late breakfast, 7:30am. The staff was young so not very experienced. More of a relaxing weekend hotel than a business trip hotel... I would come back because there might not be anything better in Bouillon.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Panorama, very friendly, lovey ambiance and amazing food. The views over Bouillon are truly stunning. We loved it!

Séjour court mais parfait. Prenez la chambre avec vue, le supplément en vaut la peine. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre avec une table dressée dans un coin à part avec la belle vue. On choisit ce qu'on veut manger en remplissant un formulaire à remettre à la réception la veille.

Echappée en période Covid 19

Au sortir de l'hiver, nous avons profité d'un court séjour sous le soleil pour nous rendre à nouveau à l'hôtel Panorama. Malgré la pandémie, nous avons été ravi de voir cet établissement plein d'idées tournées vers la clientèle et notamment les repas du soir et les petit-déjeuners en chambre. La gentillesse et la simplicité des exploitants est pour nous aussi un motif de retour probable.

Idéal

Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé. La chambre était très confortable. Le personnel est accueillant. La terrasse offre un panorama magnifique sur la ville et le château.
