A stay at Hotel La Palma places you in the heart of Stresa, within a 5-minute walk of Stresa Lakeside Promenade and Congressi Palace.
The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book.
