Charming Island home with hot tub! Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV, den, and 2 front verandas, all with ample seating. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and an island with additional bar seats. All new updated bathrooms. Enjoy exploring the Isle of Palms on a new 4 seater golf cart (fee & waiver required).

There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main house and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 sleeps 2 guests on a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is easily accessible off of the kitchen.

The large screened porch with a TV looks out on the huge fenced in backyard with new turf. The house is the perfect beach getaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Lounge with a cool beverage on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grill to prepare your family meal. Soothe your muscles in the hot tub.

Close to the ocean and just a 5 minute walk to public beach access. Located half a mile from Isle of Palms Recreational Center. Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Sullivans Island all within a short driving distance. Great family house for anyone to enjoy the sun and the beach!

PLEASE NOTE: This house is rented exclusively in the summer on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Fireplace not for guest use. $200 plus tax pet fee required per dog. Golf Cart waiver must be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older. Cost is $300 plus tax per week. NO Smoking. Only 3 cars allowed. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
