Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this spacious home is spread across multiple levels and features an open-concept layout with soaring two-story windows that showcase stunning ocean views from nearly every room.

The main living area is bright, open, and designed for gathering together after a day at the beach. The kitchen features granite countertops, a double oven, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. Just beside the kitchen, the large dining table seats 12 comfortably, making family meals and holiday gatherings easy and enjoyable.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the TV, along with a separate sitting area perfectly positioned to take in the incredible ocean views.

On the upper floor, you’ll find an additional den area complete with a pub table, comfortable sofa, and large flat-screen TV—giving everyone extra space to spread out and relax. This level also includes three additional bedrooms, including the spacious primary suite featuring a private ensuite bathroom and its own private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or gathering with family after a day on the beach, 804 Ocean Boulevard offers the perfect oceanfront setting for making lasting vacation memories.

Included: This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet and a HULU subscription on the living room TV, all other TVs are streaming only. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. **** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours on the far north and south ends of the Island and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
