Welcome to your 1 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and inviting 500 square foot condo just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for couples or small groups, this thoughtfully designed space offers comfort, character, and everything you need for a relaxing stay near Charleston.

Step up to your private porch to enjoy coastal breezes and your morning coffee or evening drink, then head inside to an open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and a comfortable reclining chair, with a layout that allows you to enjoy the space from every angle.

The bedroom offers a king bed, ample storage, and a second TV, while the beautifully updated bathroom includes a glass and tile walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all essentials for dining in, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle to make mornings easy. The design blends a Scandinavian feel with touches of island life, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

This condo holds a special story—it was “home sweet home” for the owners for over 15 years while they managed the complex. As they prepared for retirement, they thoughtfully renovated the space to ensure guests would have everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Located just steps from the pool, grill area, and onsite laundry (coin operated), and within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops, this Isle of Palms beach rental offers both convenience and charm. Downtown Charleston is just a short drive away.

Dog friendly with pre approval: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Some larger breeds are not permitted, and applicable pet fees will apply. A nearby vet clinic, emergency services, and pet stores in Mount Pleasant make traveling with your pup easy.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

We loved our stay. The condo was well equipped and very well organized, the bed was super comfy and there was a full length mirror, the absence of which is a pet peeve of mine. The owner thought of everything and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was better than expected. It had plenty of extras like toiletries, beach supplies, and household items. It was extremely clean. Property manager was friendly, helpful, and communicative. It was close to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Condo

My boyfriend and I came to Charleston for his birthday and we loved this property! We can be very picky about what we consider nice and the pictures don’t do the unit justice. We loved being in such close proximity to the beach but not too close that we dealt with noise, etc. We were able to also walk to Harris Teeter very easily which was so convenient. Finding an Uber to go downtown for dinner was always very easy as well. The property manager Beth responds very quickly and gives pertinent information related to the stay and even notified us when she would not be on property and gave us contact information for someone if we needed help. We definitely recommend this property!

Exceeded Expectations !

Great price, clean place, convenient to everything we needed! I highly recommend this place! You can walk to the beach, coffee, pizza, ice cream and other near by restaurants. We were also impressed how clean the place was and put us at ease during this time. We will defiantly stay here again!
