Great home with gorgeous sundecks and easy beach, pool, and tennis access

Renovated home in the quiet Beachside area with lots of personal touches. The home is full of colorful accents creating an upbeat coastal atmosphere. Make the most of the sunny island days and take the short walk to the pool, beach, tennis courts, and shopping. If you decide to enjoy the outdoors from home you can hang out on the sundeck and cook up a meal on the charcoal grill. The kitchen has all new Jenn Air kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. There are 2 TVs, one in living room and one in master bedroom. YouTube TV is provided for cable service on these tvs as well as apps for your favorite streaming channels you can login to while you are here. Wi-Fi included. Outdoor enclosed shower. No pets. No smoking.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Family Beach Trip

This house was great for our family! We had 3 adults and 2 small children that stayed. It was spacious and with everything you needed in the kitchen to cook at home! The kids had a blast at the pool and the beach was a close easy walk!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our annual family Labor Day vacation on IOP again this year. We love staying in Beachside development, close to beach and pool and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Beachside 8 was nice, liked the layout and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. The only complaints is need a new sofa sleeper and the floors were very dirty. Had to wears shoes inside the whole time there. The staff at Island Realty was very nice and helpful.

I would have like a later checkout time, but all was well. House was clean and towels were provided. There is a Harris Teeter nearby for all additional needs. I'd suggest buying extra trash backs. Beach was walking distance.

Quiet neighborhood which I enjoyed, especially on the Fourth of July week. Great for viewing fireworks on back deck. Only one thing was missing, a hair dryer. Overall, was fantastic! Thanks for making this a great vacation for the entire family!!
