NEWLY REMODELED AND DECORATED!! 1600 sf 3 bedroom condo with 3 full baths. The Master Suite has a comfortable King Bed, Huge bathroom with separate tub and shower, Cable TV and balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has twin beds, cable TV and full bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo. The large kitchen has an island, all appliances, pantry, and everything you need for cooking and serving up to 14 guests. The living room has a sleeper sofa, TV and a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a private pool for owner's and guests with an outdoor shower and grilling area. Walking distance from several restaurants.

John was the most amazing host! Top notch a perfect 10! The condo had beautiful views of the ocean front with very easy access to the beach. We stayed in February for the NPTU graduation. A little cold to hang out on the beach but crowds were less leaving peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. Very nice and relaxing! The condo was very roomy for our son who is in a wheelchair, kitchen well stocked, and bathroom amenities. Thank you John for hosting us and making our stay very comfortable.

Condo was amazing overall. Fresh, clean smell when you walk into the unit. Tons of room for a family of four. The ocean views were amazing. The balcony was awesome. I've stayed at many VRBOs over the years, primarily on the Gulf, but this one was hands-down one of the nicest (and largest). Like with any rental, there will aways be some negatives, and here they are: (i) water pressure in master bedroom shower was very weak; (ii) the water rinse-off area coming back from the beach wasn't working; and (iii) the neighbors above us apparently had small children, and around 6:30 to 7 a.m. each morning, they would begin to run (stomp) throughout their unit until about 10 p.m. each day, so we were never able to sleep in [obviously not the fault of our unit owner or property manager, but noteworthy just the same]. Again, however, the overall experience was amazing!

The place was gorgeous. The photos really don't do it justice. The spaciousness of the condo was pleasantly unexpected. There were 6 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The views of the beach and sunrise, love!!! It was easy to access. Instructions were simple and clear. I appreciated the many plain instructions for how appliances worked and the gentle reminders. It made the exit process uncomplicated. I would rent again and highly recommend. It is also walking distance to everything! Grocery store, restaurants, beach, nightlife....

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped and had comfy beds. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also a plus. The location is great, especially if you want to be in the center of town. There are restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores all within walking distance. It was also only a short drive over the bridge to Mt Pleasant and not much farther to downtown Charleston. There is no bathroom available in the pool area of this building, which was a little inconvenient but not terrible, just something I would have liked to know when booking (which is why I'm mentioning it here). The beach access is so close that going up to the unit when necessary was not a big deal. Some things that would take it to the next level, in our opinion: 1. Upgraded televisions, both in size and technology. Smart TVs in every room would be ideal. I know we're there for the beach but, as a family with younger kids, it would have been nice to not struggle to try and watch the same streaming services we do at home. 2. Updated, more accommodating patio furniture. The lounge chairs had cushions that were in tatters. We probably would have spent more time outside if it had a better set up. 3. The floors and rugs could use a deep cleaning on a regular basis. All surfaces appeared clean but our kid's feet did get black from walking around without shoes on. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would stay again!

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony with plenty of comfy seating for watching the waves, birds, and courtyard rabbits.Enough rooms and bathrooms that everyone had comfortable privacy.Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a seafood feast.Restaurants within easy walking distance. Condo is very nice and very spacious! Clean and super nice decor! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Big plus they provide beach towels and a bunch of beach chairs!!
