No hot water until the last two days of our stay. Manager texted each day to report they had not yet resolved the problem. After a few days we no longer heard anything and had to contact the manager for an update. Our request for some compensation for the inconvenience was denied.Unfortunately we would not stay here again nor recommend this to others. No hot water for 5 days with nothing more than an apology is unacceptable and certainly the ruin of a nice vacation. We did not contact Vrbo directly since the manager told us each day that the hot water would be fixed the next day. So much for trust.
