The property is beautiful and clearly the owners spent a lot of money building it. Almost all of the details are high-end.The kitchen comes supplied with all the utensils and accessories you would need to cook. Coffee and condiments are also included. The living and dining area is very spacious. The bedrooms are also very spacious. All of the details in the bathrooms are well done and high-end. The beds are very comfortable. The patio is spacious with great furniture and a great view of the ocean. The management staff, especially Bea, was very helpful in setting up transportation from the airport to the ferry to the condo and back as well as arranging for a golf cart to be delivered to the condo. The shared space is also well done, with a nice swimming pool, a private beach area with lots of chairs, and other shared spaces downstairs. The location is very secure and is walled and and gated and has a security guard 24 hours a day. There are very few negatives. As far as the island is laid out, most things are in the north and this condo is in the south, which means you need to have a golf cart or scooter if you are going to eat out of the room. They do not allow golf carts with more than four seat seats inside the property. There is standing water near the property which allows mosquitoes to breed. We could not be outside after dark due to the volume of mosquitoes. Overall, this was a fantastic property that we would recommend.
